‘Shucle = Shuttle + Circle’
‘셔클’은 현대자동차의 AI Research & Service Company AIRS에서 런칭한 수요응답형 승차 공유 서비스입니다. 셔클은 교통이 불편한 지역을 선정하여 2km 생활반경 내에서 운행합니다. 커뮤니티 구성원이 차량을 호출하면 근처의 정류장으로 셔클이 도착하고, 서비스 지역 내에서 안전하고 자유롭게 이동할 수 있습니다. AI의 실시간 경로 탐색 알고리즘을 통해 최적의 경로로 이동하고, 같은 방향으로 이동하는 구성원끼리 함께 탑승할 수 있습니다.
Shucle is a demand-response ride-pooling service launched by AIRS, Hyundai Motor Company’s AI Research & Service Company. The shuttle operates within a 2km radius of a selected area with an inconvenient traffic system. When a community member calls a vehicle, a Shucle mini bus arrives at a nearby stop and provides a safe ride without a fixed route within the service area. AI’s real-time route search algorithm constructs an optimal route, and members traveling in the same direction can ride together.
Friendly & Easy, Smart & Reliable, Impactful & Clear를 디자인 기준으로 삼아 인공지능 기술과 자동차 인공지능 기술과 자동차 기술을 바탕으로 한 편리함과 안전함, 거주지 중심 생활 서비스에 적합한 친근하고 접근이 쉬운 이미지, 새로운 우리의 서비스를 각인시킬 수 있는 시인성과 명확성에 중심을 두었습니다.
With Friendly & Easy, Smart & Reliable, and Impactful & Clear as the design criteria, we put focus on the convenience and safety based on artificial intelligence technology and automobile technology, the friendly and easy-to-access image suitable for residential-oriented services, and the visibility and clarity to imprint the new service.​​​​​​​
‘셔클’ 머리글자의 자음인 시옷 형태와 인공지능, 노선 형태를 결합하여 명확한 심볼을 만들었습니다. 밝은 블루, 네온 그린 컬러는 AI 기술을 기반으로 한 친환경적인 작은 버스를 상징하기에 적합하며 도로 위에서 확실한 시인성을 가질 수 있도록 했습니다.
A clear symbol was created by combining the shape of ‘Siot’, which is the Korean consonant of the initial letter of 'Shucle', and the shape of AI and route. The bright blue and neon green colors are suitable for symbolizing an eco-friendly mini bus based on AI technology, plus they have clear visibility on the road.
연결, 순환, 확장되는 유기적인 노선 형태와 AI를 모티프로 하여 사람들을 더 쉽게 연결하고, 효율적인 일상을 제공하고, 환경을 지키고, 커뮤니티를 활성화시키는 새로운 모빌리티 생태계를 만들어가는 친근한 기술의 이미지를 전달하고자 했습니다. 
With the motif of AI and the organic route form that connects, circulates, and expands, we deliver the image of a friendly technology that creates a new mobility ecosystem. This new mobility system connects people more easily, provides an efficient daily life, protects the environment, and revitalizes the community.
