엘리움은 대방산업개발의 주거 브랜드입니다. 디벨로퍼로 변화를 도모하는 대방산업개발이 새로워지는 주거 트렌드에 맞게 고품격 주거 브랜드를 만드는 프로젝트에서, 로움은 BI 개발을 담당했습니다.
Elysium stands as the premier residential brand of Daebang Industrial Development. Within a visionary undertaking by Daebang Industrial Development, aimed at catalyzing transformative shifts in response to the evolving residential trends, Studio roam was in charge of BI development.​​​​​​​
개발 과정에서 재정의된 브랜드 이름과 정체성은 “Your Own Elysium”입니다. 엘리시움, 혹은 엘리시온 평야(Elysion Pedion)는 고대 그리스의 개념으로 모두가 머물고 싶은 공간이자 영원히 행복한 삶을 누리는 들판을 뜻합니다. 시대에 맞는 프리미엄, 나만의 라이프스타일에 맞는 공간을 표현하고 대방건설그룹이 주는 신뢰감과 고품격 주거를 보다 젊고 새로운 이미지로 표현하고자 했습니다.
The redefined brand name and identity during the development process was ‘Your Own Elysium’.   Elysium, or Elysion Pedion, is an ancient Greek notion that represents a meadow where we could enjoy eternal happiness and where everyone wants to stay. We wanted to express spaces that are suitable for modern premium living and individual lifestyles and to represent the trust and high-quality housing provided by Daebang Construction Group in a more youthful and fresher image.
대방의 아파트 브랜드 ‘노블랜드’의 BI를 연계했던 기존의 BI는 클래식하고 중후한 모습이었습니다. 무거운 문장 형태의 심볼을 제거하고, 워드마크만을 활용하는 방향으로 큰 변화를 꾀했습니다. 블루 컬러와 간결한 워드마크가 훨씬 가볍고 편안한 이미지를 전달하며, 다양한 실내외 환경과 조화를 이루며 높은 적용성을 갖습니다. 직선적인 세로 획이 도드라지는 동시에 부드러운 곡선들이 조화를 이루는 소문자 워드마크를 통해 내가 가장 나답게 빛날 수 있는 공간, 여유가 흐르는 유연하고 온화한 공간의 이미지를 전달하고자 했습니다.
The former BI was linked to ‘Noble Land’, an apartment brand of Daebang with a classic and mature visual. We made a significant change by replacing the heavy, crest-shaped symbol with the renewed wordmark. The azure blue and simple wordmark convey a lighter and more comfortable mood, harmonizing with diverse interior and exterior environments, with high adaptability. The lowercase wordmark that combines straight vertical strokes and soft curves delivers an image of a space where one can shine as the most authentic version of oneself, a space full of flexibility and gentleness.
